Nisha K Bal

Nisha is an experienced Occupational Therapist and the founder of Seeds Occupational Therapy. She is passionate about supporting children, particularly neurodivergent children, to build confidence, emotional safety, and greater ease in everyday life. Her approach is grounded in relational therapy, with a strong focus on creating trusting, respectful connections with both children and their families. By understanding each child’s individual strengths, sensitivities, and ways of experiencing the world, she aims to create a supportive environment where children can grow and develop at their own pace.

Alongside her Occupational Therapy training, Nisha is also a certified yoga instructor and integrates somatic practices, mindfulness, movement, and body-based approaches into her work where appropriate. These approaches are used to support nervous system regulation, embodiment, emotional wellbeing, and self-regulation in a gentle and practical way. Her goal is not only to support functional development, but to help children feel more grounded, confident, and connected within themselves.
