It's not required, but it’s very helpful. Any relevant documents — such as school reports, previous therapy reports, medical letters, or support worker notes — can help us better understand your needs and provide stronger evidence in the report. This can make your NDIS application or review more successful.
Providing supporting documents is completely acceptable and encouraged within NDIS guidelines. We include and reference this information as part of a well-rounded, evidence-based report.
