In Dibeshree’s words

What draws me to this work.

I love helping children and adults build confidence, develop new skills, and become more independent in their everyday lives. I’m passionate about understanding each person’s unique strengths and challenges and finding meaningful, practical ways to help them reach their goals and participate more fully in life.

About Dibeshree

How I think about children.

I believe every child’s behaviour communicates a need. I look beyond the behaviour to understand how sensory processing, emotions, routines, relationships, and the environment influence a child’s participation and development. My approach focuses on identifying strengths, adapting the environment, and working collaboratively with families to support each child’s confidence, wellbeing, and independence without judgement.

About Dibeshree

What I’m like in a session.

My sessions are tailored to each child’s age, needs, and therapy goals. I create a supportive, engaging environment where children feel comfortable to learn and explore. I encourage parents to observe or participate in activities to strengthen parent-child interactions and build positive relationships.

About Dibeshree

How I set up my space and day.

I organise my therapy resources and session plans in advance, creating a calm, structured, and welcoming environment. I value routines, minimise distractions, and adapt the space to each child’s sensory needs and comfort.

About Dibeshree

What I’m thinking about.

I’m continually learning how to better support children’s sensory processing, emotional regulation, and functional independence. I’m particularly interested in how small changes to routines and environments can make a meaningful difference in a child’s everyday life.

A little about me

What keeps me regulated.

I enjoy drawing, walking, exercising, and playing badminton to relax, manage stress, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
