You may already know that sleep matters, that the phone is taking over, or that beginning a task earlier would help. Putting that knowledge into practice asks for something more: a workable system, support and room to try again when the first plan breaks down.
Coaching gives us time to examine that gap. We start with what is happening in your day, the demands around the activity and the support already available. A routine that holds during a quiet week may need a different arrangement when you are tired or under pressure.
The SEEDS approach considers the person, their body, routines, relationships and environment together. We look for conditions that can be changed and supports that can be repeated. Read about the SEEDS model.
